Introduction to BFSU

Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) is a key university directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the People’s Republic of China. Founded in 1941, BFSU is the first institution specializing in foreign language studies. It has the longest history among universities of its kind in China, offering a complete range of degrees, diplomas and programs at various levels, with the largest number of foreign language programs in the country. Excellence in teaching and extensive research in foreign language and literature has earned high respect for BFSU’s quality programs, both at home and internationally.

As one of the leading universities in China, BFSU admits fewer than 2,000 students from over 10 million applicants for entering universities across the country each year. Introduction to BFSU-Solbridge

BFSU-SolBridge International School of Business was established in accord with a vision to create a truly progressive and highly integrated business education program that combines an international business teaching model with an in-depth understanding of Asian cultures. Academic Programs

BFSU-SolBridge offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, as well as a variety of short courses. The Bachelor’s degree is a 4-year program that offers students a choice of four majors: International Finance, International Marketing, International Business and Chinese Business Studies. The Master’s degree majors in Chinese Business and International Relations and is a 2-year program.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA)
The aim of the BFSU-SolBridge Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is to produce graduates with good business management skills that are efficient in Asia as well as in the rest of the world. To graduate, a student must successfully earn at least 140 credits in total.

Master’s Degree in Chinese Business and International Relations
The BFSU-SolBridge Master’s Degree in Chinese Business and International Relations delivers a thorough grounding in the core disciplines of Chinese Business and International Relations.

Certificate in Chinese Business Studies
The certificate courses in Chinese Business Studies are designed for non-degree seeking short-term and exchange students who will spend one or two semesters in China. The content of courses range from introductory to specialized, contemporary Chinese business concerns.
