Our policy is structured in the above manner due to the numerous expenses required to arrange a program and the housing and school policies within China. Please note that CSA undertakes significant financial commitments on behalf of its program participants far in advance of their program start date, includ ing application fees, course fees, accommodation fees and administrative expenses. Additional Refund Terms and Condition - Written notification is necessary for the canceling of any program and subsequent request for a refund. This notification should be delivered to china Study Abroad’s Beijing office.
- No Refund will be given once a course commences unless prior written approval has been obtained from the China Study Abroad head office.
- In the event that a course has been cancelled or a date change has been made to your particular course you agree to either accept a refund of program fees (not including the application fees paid) or to an alternative program and or date to which both CSA and yourself have agreed on.
- All bank transfer fees or costs associated with the refund shall be borne by the person requesting the refund.
